Deposit Terms and Conditions

Your reservation will be confirmed after a $125 deposit per person – deposit will apply to total amount.

Airfare – Immediate payment for airfare may be required in order to guarantee a reasonable price for your tour. Most airline tickets are non-refundable and have penalties for changes once tickets have been issued.

Full legal names must match valid passport names are required for the airline reservation and birth date. Airline tickets are issued with the schedule/ itinerary valid at the time of ticketing. It is recommended that passengers reconfirm their airline flights at least 72 hours prior to departure in event of schedule changes Joyco Tours will not be responsible for airline inconveniences.

After travell confirmation Please refer to the airline website for baggage policies – Insurance  and Air- Inclusive Tour prices cannot be guaranteed until flights are booked and payment has been received and processed. We accept checks, cashier check, major credit cards for deposit and final payment. Third party credit cards are not acceptable. Final payment is due 65 days prior to departure.

Luggage and Personal property –

It is the passenger responsibility to check the specific airline policy of liability for less, damage or delay of checked baggage as well as the Maximum allowance of weight per bag and number of checked or carry-on bags permitted at no cost and additional charges imposed by the airline for excess baggage. Luggage and personal property loss or damages must be reported to the airline or ground. Joyco Tours is not liable for loss or damage of luggage or personal property.
