Service Charges & Changes Policy
- Service charges and penalties will be applied for changes made within 60 days of departure.
(Please confirm any requested changes as early as possible to avoid fees.)
CANCELLATION POLICY
90 days or more prior to departure: A 75% refund of the total amount paid will be issued. Please note: the cost of airfare is non-refundable once ticketed.
45 days or less prior to departure: A 40% refund of the land-only portion of your payment will be issued. Airfare is non-refundable after 24 hours, in accordance with airline regulations.
30 days or less prior to departure: No refund will be issued.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. You may also request that JoyCo Tours include travel protection for your trip.
